ERGÜN KAPTANOĞLU
General Manager 
Captain Ergün KAPTANOĞLU was born on 5 July 1979. He has grown up in a seafarer family. Being seafarer was a family business for him. He’s married and he has a son and two daughters. He resides in İstanbul. He has taken master degree on International trade after finishing Maritime Transportation and completed 2.licence on International Relations. He has been taking philosophy education recently. He started his career in H.İ.Kaptanoğlu Ship Management Trading Co. during 15 years in various experiences. He has joined to Shipping Executive Department in Hayat Holding in 2012. He has taken in charge of establishment of Fiber Marine Ship Management And.Trading Co. and currently he is managing director of it. Kaptanoğlu is focused on success and innovativeness during his career. Due to his breadth of experiences, he is frequent speaker at some magazines and conferences. He spends time with his family in sailing at the weekends.



MURAT SOLAK 
OPERATION MANAGER 

Mr. Murat SOLAK was born on 9 June 1982 in Istanbui. He’s married and has two sons. He resides in İstanbul. Mr. Solak completed his undergraduate education in Cyprus-Girne University / Maritime Transportation Engineering department in 2006 and he started his maritime career as an intern/deck cadet at Turkish Maritime Lines. On the way from cadet to Master rank, he completed his ranks in commercial bulk carriers. He has worked at Finner Ship Management and Offen Ship management, before that he worked at Kaptanoglu Ship Management and Trading Company. He joined Fiber Marine Ship Management and Trading Co. as Operations Manager in 2017. Mr. Solak is known for his passion for Fenerbahce team.


AHMET KARAGÜZEL
Technical Manager
Mr. Ahmet KARAGÜZEL was born on 9 March 1981 in Trabzon. He’s married and he has a son and a daughter. He resides in İstanbul. He has ITU Maritime Faculty Marine Engineering License Diploma in Marine Engineering Department in 2005.
He has started his shipping career in 2002 as an engine trainee at the Sarıoğlu Shipping Marine. He had completed his ranks in the various companies as İnce Shipping Marine, Corn Ships Marine from being engine cadet to Chief Engineer. He held as a Service Engineer in the Man Diesel Turbo Primeserv Turkey from 2012 to 2016. He has experienced for many years with Engine Control Systems, 2-Stroke Engines, 4-Stroke Engines, Propeller Systems and Auxiliary Engines. He was joined to Fiber Marine Shipping Management and Trading Co. in 2016 as Technical Manager in İstanbul, Turkey.



OĞUZHAN TOPCAN
Technical Superintendent
Mr. Oğuzhan Topcan was born on 14 September 1992 in Safranbolu. After completing his primary and secondary education in his hometown, Mr. Topcan moved to Istanbul and graduated from Yıldız Technical University Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering.
He began his shipping career as an engine cadet in September 2017 at Advantage Tankers (Geden Lines) and continued to work there as an Oceangoing Watchkeeping Engineer until August 2022. Mr. Topcan has worked as a Service Engineer at Man Energy Solutions between May and December 2023 until he joined Fiber Marine Shipping Management and Trading Co. as a Technical Superintendent.  


SEYFETTİN UĞUZ
Financial Affairs Manager for Affiliates
Seyfettin Uğuz was born in 1981 in Karaman and graduated from Boğaziçi University, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Department of International Trade in 2006. Subsequently, he joined Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç Sanayi ve Tic. A.Ş, Department of Finance. In 2008, after receiving a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Marmara University, Mr. Uğuz worked at Kastamonu Bulgaria A.D. as Financial Controller from 2009 to 2012. Since 2013, he has served as Finance Director at Kastamonu Bulgaria A.D. As of January 01, 2017 he started to serve as Financial Affairs Manager for Affiliates at Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç San. ve Tic. A.Ş.



MUSTAFA AĞIR
Finance Manager
Mustafa Ağır was born in 1981 in Kahramanmaraş. In 2006, he graduated from Boğaziçi University, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Department of International Trade. In 2006, Mr. Ağır started to work at Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. in the Affiliates Financial Affairs and Financial Audit Department. In 2009, he received a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Marmara University. In 2010, Mr. Ağır became the Finance Chief for Affiliates at the Company. Between 2013-2017, he served as Financial Affairs Manager for Affiliates at Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç San. ve Tic. A.Ş. As of January 01, 2017 he started to serve as Finance Manager.

GÖKHAN AYDEMİR
Chartering Manager / Chartering 

Mr.Gökhan AYDEMİR was born on 7 October 1985, Zonguldak. He’s married, he has a daughter and resides in İstanbul. Mr. Gökhan AYDEMIR has joined Fiber Marine in İstanbul in 2016. He has held different positions as working in an agency, chartering, shipping operations and being senior broker from 2007 to 2015.
He has a license diploma of Maritime Transportation Management Engineering in İstanbul University in 2007. He graduated from Anatolian High School in Zonguldak in 2003.

 


ÖMER BALIKÇI
Crew Manager
Mr. Ömer BALIKÇI was born in 1994. He is married and lives in Istanbul. He graduated from Istanbul University in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in Maritime Transportation and Management Engineering. He began his career in shipping as cadet on an LPG carrier vessel. Then he continued his offficer career on LPG carriers before transferring to work on Bulk carrier vessels . He worked on Fiber Marine Ship Management and Trading Co. operated vessels between January 2018 and November 2022. In December 2022 he began working within the Fiber Marine Ship Management and Trading Co. Office as a Crew Manager.  
 

BÜŞRA KASARCI
Crewing Manager
Ms. Busra Kasarcı was born on 16 August 1988 in İstanbul.  She finished high school in İstanbul and she is philologist and graduated from English Language and Literature Science in 2012 Warsaw / Poland. She completed maritime and port authority management department in Istanbul Gelisim University.

She started her shipping career on crewing department of Fiber Marine Ship Management and Trading CO. in 2017. Her theoretical education has been completed via distinctive courses. She resides in İstanbul.
 
M. HAKAN TÜFEKÇİ

Legal Consultant and Broadcast Spokesman

Hakan Tüfekçi is legal consultant and broadcast spokesman and also the co-founder of Tufekci Law Firm that carries on a business in the arbitration areas, International Commercial Law, Insurance and Reinsurance Law, Maritime and Transportation Law.
He has bachelor’s degree from Marmara University in Istanbul (2003),  and he receives master degree from the University of Wales Swansea, UK (2006), and he is a Ph.D. candidate at Galatasaray University (Université Galatasaray) in Istanbul. He has dyplom of UEFA Football Law  Programme. 
As a Turkish-qualified lawyer, Hakan has over 16 years of experience in maritime and commercial legal matters. He has worked with shipowners, charterers, shipping companies, P&I Clubs and H&M insurers, brokers and banks.
Hakan  speaks at international commercial law and international maritime law events and provides in-house seminars to his clients. He has had numerous articles published in law journals in Turkey and the UK.
Hakan also lectured as being on a foundation, Maritime Law at Maritime College of Recep Tayyip Erdogan University , Turgut Kıran Maritime Faculty  (ex name Rize University) between 2013-2015. He has lectured Maritime Law and Football Law in faculty of Law Medipol University.
